Ms. Diane Gilmore

Born and raised in the Puget Sound area I now in Graham and specialize in “country living.” I love living in the county on our 5-acre home. My husband and I have horses, goats, sheep, chickens, dogs and a garden. Living in the country has equipped me to understand properties that include wells, septic systems and wet lands. My husband and I built our own home which brought me a wealth of knowledge. Through that process I dealt with purchasing land, dealing with county permitting and building a home. It was an amazing journey! 

My college education centered on a degree in secondary education. That passion to educate people is a major reason I enjoy being a real estate broker these last 18 years. Educating my clients in the buying or selling process empowers them in their home selling or buying journey.

I've worked equally with sellers and buyers and in many different scenarios. Whether it's stick built or manufactured homes. Buying land to build your dream home or purchasing a condo. Or, you are a young first-time home buyer or heading toward retirement and down-sizing. Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming for folks.
