Join TPCAR for our Q2 General Membership Meeting on Monday, June 10 at the TPCAR Education Center!

Our featured speaker will by Jeannie Simpson, General Counsel at Northwest Multiple Listings Services (NWMLS). Jeannie will join us to share updates on how NWMLS is navigating changes resulting from the NAR settlement, current issues related to buyer agency agreements and broker commissions, and current compliance and disciplinary issues NWMLS is tracking.

The event agenda will also feature Charlie Lee, NAR Director of Legal Affairs who will join to share an update on the NAR Settlement Agreement.

A proposed motion to the membership for consideration of an amendment to the Association Bylaws will also be presented to the members.
