Description

Come spend a few hours with Michael "Smit" Smith. He has taught real estate as an instructor at Diablo Valley College in the Bay Area, Smit also taught Real Estate Property Management and Real Estate Finance - both CA Dept of Real Estate certified courses. Currently Smit teaches N.A.R. Designation courses SRES, SRS, ABR AND RENE. He too has written and teaches numerous WA Continuing education classes.

 -Legal Context of the Buyer Agency Agreement 

-Negotiating on Behalf of Buyers 

-Concerns for Listing 

-Negotiating on Behalf of Sellers
