If you own a commercial/rental property or are a real estate broker, you should know the term, "Cost Segregation." Cost segregation studies are most commonly prepared for the allocation or reallocation of building costs to tangible personal property.

Steve Ruf, President of Cost Segregation Authority, will present information about potentially large tax benefits for real estate investors by utilizing Cost Segregation, the acceleration of short life asset depreciation. There will also be a discussion on recent tax legislation as it pertains to real estate tax laws. Learn how you can guide your customers, or utilize cost segregation yourself, in the purchase of investment properties.
