Chenoa Fund is a national down payment assistance program in conjunction with FHA loans, with a focus on providing funding for affordable housing opportunities in communities nationwide. 

The Chenoa Fund program is designed to assist first time AND Non first time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership, and has helped over 30,000 homebuyers, including 16,500 minorities attain homeownership.
