Description

As a real estate agent, guiding a buyer through a new home build can be a challenging process. You are not the builder or the inspector, but it will be helpful for you to understand certain trends in new home building and common areas where builders cut corners and create problems for the buyer. By understanding how to explain efficiencies in new products and knowing where to look for potential issues, you’ll be able to assist your clients in navigating a new home build. New homes shouldn’t come with hidden problems, and by knowing the signs, you can be an advocate for your client in the building process.
